We are used to playing with our mbot in infrared control mode. But from now on, when turning on our mbot, our mbot is blocked with 2 red lights and a noisy blinking blue light.
When restoring factory settings with USB connection, it seems that it will work again … But as soon as, we are in wifi connection and want to choose the operating mode, our mbot is blocked again

Hi my dear friend,
IR control mode is write as default program and you need to reset default program if you want to work with it.
As you mentiond wifi connection, do you mean to connect the robot with your smart devices and using Makeblock app to control it? I’m not sure where you were stuck, so please kindly email to us(support@makeblock.com) and descibe more details. We will help you to resolve the problem.
