I just bought my first mBot, and when I tried to use it with my I PHONE APP it will find the mBot but than right away it will show me a message saying, unreconizable firmware. than my APP will say is update so i have the last version. some help please.

Hi elmorro,
Do you have the mBot robot or mBot Ranger robot?
If it is mBot robot, please reset default program for it with latest version mBlock 3.4.5.

Please note: temporarily disconnect the Bluetooth from mBot while reset default program.
On the mobile devices, please make sure that you have installed the latest version Makeblock APP which can be download from this link.
