mBlock5 not seing the mBot Rangr USB (PC)

Hi, baught an mBot ranger.

Installed mBlock 5 on the computer, connected the robot to it through usb and everything works fine.

installed the app on the cellphone (after upgrading the formware on the pc) and everythong works fine.

Installed mBlock 5 on the laptop. Tried to connect the robot to it with the usb cable, but it doest work.

1- The device manager sees the ranger.

2- Added the ranger in mblock

3- When hiting connect it scans… but never find it.

4- Tried with arduino and it seems to work

5-The robot is disconnected form the cellphone bluetooth and the phone bluetooth is deactivited (so is the laptop bluetooth).

I’m not sure what i am doing wrong. Any solution to have mBlock detect the USB (ranger) ?

Hi teachingtony,
Is it windows 10?
If possible that you have any antivirus or firewall enabled? If yes, please disable them, restart computer and check again.
If still the same issue, try to reinstall the mBlock 5 software.
