Mblock5 5.0.1 usb disable OS win 10

Dear Mate

I’m facing strange problem with mblock 5 version 5.0.1 . All USB port got disabled after I have upgraded to latest Mblock 5 (5.0.1) . However, for other external device like pendrive/Printer port is working. the earlier version of mblock 5 version are working fine though . I had to downgrade the version to run my show .any help is much appreciated…

Hi Doonrobotic,
Have you tried to disconnect Printer and then check if mBlock 5 can detect your robot?
