Recently, mBlock has done one of the following:(windows 10 on I7 processor)
1 Even though it shows an avail port to connect to, it will not use it.
2 Even when connection is working mBlock locks up, and greys out
3 Runs extremely slow.
I’m thinking about re-installing, or should I go back to one of the older stable versions?

Which version mBlock do you use currently?
Is the previous version works normal on the same PC? It is suggested uninstall the mBlock software, then install the latest version mBlock 3.3.7 have a try. Here is the download link: http://learn.makeblock.com/en/software/
Once still the same issue, is it possible to install it on another PC have a check.
