Why should Makeblock support the robot of the competition in their software?

I cannot understand your answer. First of all there is already an extension for Otto using Windows 10.
Secondly, Otto is Open Source and is not in competition with you, it is however a way into robotics which can lead to people buying your products. Finally, as a former Technology Teacher I have used your products in the classroom and still use them in a FabLab environment.
