mBlock does not connect to Makeblock Neuron

Makeblock Neuron App (iPad) connects without a problem via Neuron Bluetooth block , however mBlock app does not, it just doesn’t recognize Neuro Bluetooth block.

Hi,
I’ve resolved the problem after 2 days. My neuron blocks were magnetically
attached to a metal (construction) board, once removed from the board, connection was ok and stayed connected even after placing back on the metal construction board.

I also have the test, but it seems it connects fluently when they are fixed on the metal board. Maybe the board makes the difference?
By the way, what is your kit model number?

Not sure what the kit model number is but I was a early Neuron Backer (1190) back in 2017 for the All-in-One Kit

Neuron Bluetooth block in inventor Kit : its ok

However, I updated my Bluetooth block since receiving the KickStarter.

Are you talking about these metal boards ?

Hi Crackel,
Thanks for asking.
I’m using a 400x400 mm metal white-board to assemble and program the blocks.
Very practical when you want to move the configuration from one place to another, especially with younger kids.
BTW, I also upgraded the blocks every so often…it’s so smart that Neuron app will tell you that a block requires upgrading the moment you connect them.
