mBlock crashes (win 10)

mBlock crashes very often when run a program by connecting to my mBot. So the connection works fine, but when the code is running, it crashes after 10-20 seconds.

Error message I get is “mBlock.exe has stopped working”

I use the latest mBlock version 3.4.5 on Windows 10. I did a fresh reinstall, but that does not help

@tec_support , can you give me urgently some advice? I am running a workshop on Friday and Saturday.

Ok, found it. It seems that the build-in intel Bluetooth device of my Lenovo laptop is not compatible with mBlock. I disabled it and replaced it by a Bluetooth dongle, works fine now.

Update Win 10 and update the Bluetooth drivers to the latest versions.
I’m using Win 10 and a Lenovo Laptop with no issues.
Have had issues like your describingwhen not up to date however.
