mBlock - Best method to detect lights out in room?

Hello,

I noticed i have three options for detecting ambient light intensity:

  1. Ambient Light Intensity
  2. Color Sensor Ambient Light Intensity
  3. When light Intensity <

We are am trying to build a program that has Codey Rocky react when the light in the room go from on to off - light to complete darkness.

Cam someone please explain the difference between “Ambient Light Intensity”, “Color Sensor Ambient Light Intensity”, and “When light Intensity <”

More specifically, which sensor would detect darkness more quickly/accurately in a situation where lights in a room go from on to off.
