mBlock 5 IR Communication between 2 mBots doesn't work

Are there any setting recired to use the IR receiver and transmitter with mBlock5? I try to program two mBots to communicate via IR. So far I have no solution.

Code two mBots separately, mBot 1 is to sent the message, mBot 2 is to receive the message.
Note: these two mBots should be close so that the message can be transmitted successfully.
