Mblock 5 hangs on update

The last version of mblock 5 I can get to work with Codey is 5.0.0 Beta 5.2. I can get the newer versions to connect but but the update does not finish. I am using Windows 10.

Please offer me more details.
Whether you have updated firmware successfully in mBlock 5.0 beta 5.2?
What is the firmware version of your Codey Rocky currently? You can switch to Python mode and check there once connected.

Have you used USB cable connection?
Besides windows 10, have you tried another computer?
