mBlock 5 Bluetooth Connection

Hello
The bluetooth connection from my Windows 10 laptop (BT 4.2) and mBot Ranger isn’t available.

USB connection works fine - Port 5.
Bluetooth connection searches but finds nothing.

BT pairing offers 2 connections: Makeblock and Makeblock_LE.

  • Makeblock will pair with a PIN but is unusable as a connection through mBlock5.
  • Makeblock_LE will not pair. ‘Try connecting your device again’.

What am I doing wrong?

It’s because of the way mbot bluetooth is implemented. I think you need the https://www.makeblock.com/accessories/bluetooth-dongle dongle to do what you’re trying to do
