Makeblock

Hi I have just bought a new computer it is Imac apple 20in I have just downloaded the Makeblock and when I try to connect my serial it comes on as Bluetooth and another name what ever I click on to connect to . get my picture on I don’t get my picture on the screen it just shows the square it is supposed to engrave but no photo, and also it just shows a 0 on the screen for txt can anyone help please what am I doing wrong thanks

Are you referring to mLaser? You have a Laserbot?
The issue you mentioned, would you please take a screen shot or a video clip for me?
There is no serial port detected, maybe the driver is not installed. Please have a reference to this link.
Please also try to reinstall the program.
