Makeblock Neuron Magnet/Connectivity Problem

I have the Inventor Kit to start off. After 3 months of using the product, the Buzzer started getting weaker. By weaker, I mean the connection. It’s now having a hard time having connection to any block. The light indicator doesn’t light up as fast as the rest of the blocks. Any solution?

Hi giniguy,
Please check the pogo pin of this block. The side connected to Power block, the four pins should be pushed in and out. If no, then a replacement is necessary. Please contact your reseller. If you purchased from Makeblock directly, please send me your invoice via stephanie.wu@makeblock.com;

If the pogo pin looks fine, please clean/scrub the pogo pin with dustless cloth and alcohol, which is important. Both sides should be cleaned.
