Makeblock mcreate just bugs

I cant level my mcreate automaticly.

It sets after auto leveling the z height to maximum (300).

Also sometimes the printer is smashing my nozzle unit on the x axes against the case and is stuttering.

Please help!

I got your video from support mail,for this kind of issue,the simplest way is to check if your printer head has been connected well
