My Makeblock 3d printer print only halfway and always showing ERROR Code:04

Please advice what is happening?

I can complete the printing

Can Anyone help I cant print anything!!! It keep stopping after 10min print!!!

Actually, we have received your email and send the troubleshooting guide to you yesturday.
Is it the same issue after upgrade to official firmware (sent in email)?
Besides, have you also tried the troubleshootingin this document?

If still the issue, are you available for a video conference so that we can check directly and solve it in a quicker way?
