Make Makeblock Drawing with XY Plotter V2.0

MakeBlock We installed the Makeblock Driver Installer and the mdraw software for the XY-Plotter. The measurements do not fit when we do the drawing.
Are these software sufficient for drawing?

What is the computer operating system? Will you show me a video of the issue?

win10.I tried it on the computer with win7 but it didn’t work.
