I did buy the parts of the kit separately and I have the arduino uno and the me shield for it to drive the tow me high power encoder diver so can I use the same program and it will work properly as it’s an orion board!
Main controller is an arduino with me sheild instead of orion

The Arduino uno+ Me UNO shield doesn’t equal to Me Orion board. The arduino pinouts for each RJ25 port on Me Orion board may be different with the arduino pinouts for each RJ25 Port on Me UNO shield .
The main board for Mecanum is Me Orion board since we default firmware for Mecanum was written base on the Me Orion board. We’d suggest you use the Me Orion board.
If you insist on changing the main board for mecanum robot, you need figure out the schematics of the Me Orion, Arduino uno, Me Uno shield, then modify the firmware of mecanum robot.
is the main problem that I am going to face is just driving the me-high power encoder divers ?
or as well I need to figure it out for the USB host
am I going to modify th MeOrion.h file in the libray only or where is the file I should modify ?
