I cannot connect to my new Laserbox while using OSX 10.15.5. Can anyone help me with this? Thanks!

Hi tdn,
To this issue, please provide me the following information.
1)Send me a photo of the bar coded sticker on the box to check the SN number of your machine.
2)Make sure you are using the latest software.
3)Double check if it is blocked by the system.
Open security & privacy and click allow.
4)Please get a windows to have a test, if connected succeed, please send me a screenshot of the firmware version. Go to [device settings]-[basic] and you will get the firmware version.
