I have the Laserbox Pro and I can’t take off the tube to clean the nozzle like in the video they share for cleaning. I hold with flat pliers and pulling with my hand and tried pliers and the tube will not come out. Obviously it’s the first time but when they show on the video they pull out easily by hand. What can I do?

How long do you use the laserbox,actually we don’t suggest user to clean lasertubu,there are many places need to be notice.
I think I already contacted with you,so pls don’t take off the lasertubu.
