Hello. I’m working on a new Makeblock Laserbox. It starts cutting ma suddenly stops working and doesn’t ultimate the project. I use a USB connection and I try using Mac and Windows but the problem is the same. No error code appears on display but the connection seems to be lost after about 20 seconds. Has anyone suggestion? Thank you very much.
