Laserbox Software - Printing Error

I am getting the following error when trying to print to my LaserBox Pro engraver. I am running software version 1.9. I have reinstalled the software and done all your basic troubleshooting. I’m gonna need a technical answer on how to fix this.

Hi CamlockeIT, there are two ways to fix it:

  1. Uninstall the Laserbox software, download and install the latest version on the D disk(or any other disk which the Windows OS is not on). Download link: https://dl.makeblock.com/laserbox/laserbox-win.exe
  2. Right mouse button click on the Laserbox software, and choose “Run as Administrator”, once and for all.
