Laserbox red and black lines

Hİ,
I try to import a svg file which includes red and black path but laserbox recognize all of them as cutting line.

Any solution?

Please check the setting under device setting-advanced-offline operation: check the top two options. How about yours?

they have already checked. is there any specific path thickness?

Well, which material you used? Is is official material?

I tried with both of them. But the problem is not materials. When I import a svg file with black and red lines, software doesnt recognize cut and engraving points.

The settings cut red line and engrave black line are the settings for recognizing materials with the laserbox camera. So it has nothing to do with the color of the image file. If you want to divide, you need to select that part and change the mode. (Selectable in the upper right)

The laserbox camera also has the ability to recognize colors. The camera cuts the red line and decides to engrave the black line.

Red for cut and black for engrave only works for the picture that we draw with mark pen.
