My Laserbox is spurting out sparks while cutting material and it has not done this in the past. The light coming from the laser is much brighter as well. I cleaned the nozzle and the mirrors with a rubbing alcohol solution and this did not solve the problem. I’ve had this machine since the beginning of January. Is this normal as the Laserbox Pro gets older or should I contact customer service?

When you low down the speed and increase the power,cutting the material like basswood there will have small sparks during the proccession,but laserbox with built-in Airpump of laser head so you don’t have to worry about that
