We have a problem with the material detection.
We have teacher and student accounts.
When a teacher is logged in everything works fine also the material detection.
But when a student logged in the material is not detected.
The device is connected and the correct drivers are installed. We run version 1.0.7 but 1.0.8 gives the same problem.
Hopefully someone can point me in the right direction.
Hello Stealthcar81, actually I double checked with our R&D and was told that we don’t have such things like log in settings in Laserbox software. Please double check if you are using official Laserbox software. Download link:
