I just received the Laserbox rotary I ran the software calibration and the new setup calibration. For some reason the Laserbox is only cutting/engraving on the left side of the machine. I also tried to cut a piece of wood and it had significant differences from left to right. I also ran the backsplash test and nothing really showed up on the piece of wood.
Please see images. I tried leveling the machine and it didnt make a difference.
