I can’t get the arm to move slow enough for the laser to burn paper. I go into setup, reduce the speed and update the firmware but it doesn’t slow down.

Please click the setting, and adjust the speed to 40%, click OK. then reconnet to the port, you can adjust the speed!

I’ve done this as well, and even made the timing settings as slow as possible with the power all the way up, but I’m not able to cut through any of the paper that I’ve tried it on.
Has anyone actually had any success?
Any other tips for focusing the laser?
Also, I’ve tried changing the svg drawings to try to slow the drawing down. For example, adding/removing additional points per segment. Does anyone have any additional tips to do this?
I’ve spent many hours on this and for now it’s been a big failure

Hello, I have exactly the same problem. The laser does not cut a single paper. Even with a slow speed.
