Laser does not burn in benbox

I have a problem with the Make Block XY Engraver V.2 and software Benbox. Since the engraver with mDraw funktionier I expect of the software is the problem. It works in Benbox everything except the laser. This schaltetet not a.

Please exchange the two small wires (which coming from the black box of the laser) from the yellow connection interface which marked on below picture.
