Issues with mBot Ranger pausing and beeping in code

I bought the Makeblock ranger model about 2 weeks ago. I installed the product as website. When I operate it in driving mode using mBlock v5.4.3 or from my phone, the product works continuously pauses after beeping. Also, it doesn’t do the commands I load the way I want because it constantly pauses. How can I fix it?

You are not using alkaline batteries. Use alkaline batteries or the rechargeable battery for the best results. If you use “heavy duty” batteries, the max speed isn’t very high, because of limited power.

You should probably try to connect to the online IDE or mBlock PC and use it to upload a code, instead of using the default app software. If that doesn’t resolve the issue, then try what @Rosco said or contact support. You might be able to get a replacement if you’re still covered under your warranty.
