Issues connecting mBot via USB Serial Port & upgrading firmware at Mac 10.6

Hello there,

I’m using a Mac OS X 10.6. I don’t have any problems using 2.4 wireless connection.

But I cannot make USB serial port available, so I cannot upgrade firmware at mBot. I tried installing arduino and mbot drivers again. No luck.

I cannot use mblock 2.2 neither. Face plate is not working at all.
I tried line follower with an example published at makeblock learn, and one side of line follower is not working properly. Any help?
