I have not used my Laser Engraver for a while which worked in my old pc with Mlaser software installed. A while ago i downloaded MLaser on my new Huawei Matebook 13 on windows 10 and tried to get the Engraver working again with self test but I kept getting this Serial Port Not Connected error message, even though it says connected COM4 before I clicked the Next Step button. Please help. Tk
