Issue upgrading the firmware from 3.3.2 mBlock release

#1

Hello everyone, today i received my new set of mBot robots, the first thing that i made was download the latest software for Windows, install it and try to ran a script from the IDE. I noticed when i was trying to turn on and off a RGD leds from the board that one of them not response, so the next thing i tried was upgrade tothe last firmware from the Connect menu->Upgrade Firmware.

Once the mBlock software finish to load the firmware to the mCore board of my mBot, i noticed that the board do not boots properly just a beep twice and no RGB leds sequence or classic tones after boot.

Then i tried to Reset Default Program->mBot with no luck

Thus, i have my board stuck

Has anyone have experienced this issue with the new release?

Thanks in advance

Hi Ubuntoscar,

I have tested the mBot on mBlock 3.3.2,
After upgrade firmware, tested turn on and off the RGB with below program, it works properly:

And it is normal that there is only a beep twice and no RGB leds sequence after Upgrade Firmware finished.
Normally, there should be RGB leds sequence with classice tones after finished reset default program.
