Is there a way to have a timer interrupt in MegaPi board

Hi, is there a way to have a timer interrupt in Arduino for Megapi board? It seems all interrupt vectors are already in use by servo. I dont even use a Servo motor. I only use ultrasonic sensor and DC motors.
