Is there a way to control AirBlock in real time using tablet tilt?

I’m aware there is a code you piece together to get the AirBlock to respond to tablet tilts, but it takes about a full second for it to do so. Is there some combination of code to get it to respond in real time to me tilting my tablet? Almost like an augmented reality controller?

I am afraid delay cannot be eliminated in online Bluetooth communication.
