@bensstar Me Line Follower uses an RJ25 cable and has a different communication protocol.
So, no. :confused:
If you need another line following sensor for your mBot, contact mBlock and purchase a Quad RGB or Dual RGB Color sensor. You can add it to your mBot Neo with no issues.
