Is ext.mblock.cc actually down?

I can’t do nothing with the ext.mblock.cc website, it shows a perpetuating loading screen or it ask me to login and let me wait until the connection fail… Is the server actually down ?

It says “timeout of 60000ms exceeded” each time I try to connect
