Inconsistent behaviour of the pick random-block

I noticed some peculiar behaviour on the pick random-block in mBlock.
The output is different when generated by the mCore or Me Orion than generated by mBlock.
In my opinion, mBlock is right, but the only way to get rid of this inconsistency is to fix this in the mBlock-updates.
