Illustrator Software inport..?

Hi iin software update please incorporated the function so we are able to inport Adobe Illustrator files to the laserbox

Here are the design software and file types supported by laserbox to you for reference.

Regarding to the issue that you are unable to import the adobe illustrator files, could you please let me know the file types? Or please kindly send your file to us for testing, thanks!

laserbox wil not inport the file type (.ai) Adobe Illustrator
