What is the IEC classification of Laserbox Rotary?

Laser Source: CO₂ Glass Laser Tube
Laser Power: 40W
“The laser has been classified as Class 1 laser by FDA”

This are the specs I can find. Can FDA class convert to IEC class? Thank you!
