I cannot get new firmware to upload on megapi

I keep getting upload failed. I have powered off the ultimate2.0 robotic arm as suggested as well as the computer and nothing changes. Can anyone provide me some direction

What is the error message while you upgrade firmware for the MegaPi?
Here is an instruction to guide upgrade firmware for MegaPi with mBlock software to you for refernece.How to Upgrade Firmware for MegaPi.zip (252.4 KB)
Please temporarily remove the electronic modules from the MegaPI and upgrade firmware again refer to above instruction have a try.

Btw, which version mBlock software and what is the operating system of your computer?
