I can not "plot to main scene" or even install Benbox, What can I do?

I have allready complete the instalation of benbox, but when I try to launch it, says that it does not exist! what can i do?

Have you tried uninstall and re-install?
Maybe you can check if there is any anti-virus software or firewall prevent it from running.
