How to troubleshoot microbit connect from mblock 5

Hi,
i like to connect my microbit to mBlock 5 alpah correctly.
i see device as micro:bit but when I tried to click UPLOAD TO DEVICE I got error message saying “No program is available to upload”. Can you tell me how to troubleshoot connection issue from my PC to microbit?
Any step I am missing?

Hi Andy,

Could you take a video to show the program and your operation while uploading the program to microbit with mBlock 5 software?
You can send the video to daisy@makeblock.com via pCloud transfer website.

Besides, please make sure you have add the program head to your program before you upload it.
