How to reset default program for Starter with mBlock v5.0.0-RC software or direkt on the mBot?

mBlock v5 doesn’t work for Starter robot.
To reset Starter, please download mBlock 3:

And here is the guidance.

What do you mean by “direkt on the mBot”? Reset firmware for mBot in mBlock 5?
See below picture: (connect mBot to PC usb port, connect it in mBlock 5, then go settings-update firmware-choose default firmware)
