How to program the arm on the mBot tank?

Can anyone please help me program the arm for the mBOt tank? I can’t seem to get it to work no matter what I try.

I have the same problem with my son, trying to get the arm to work , fantastic products but software help is really not much help. I had a look on the site, and even the arduino sketch isn’t complete, no libraries, or complete code.
Please MakeBlock sort out the software side of an otherwise great piece of kit.
