How to install Python packages in mBlock 5?

Is it possible to install Python packages in mBlock 5 using PIP, for example?

The online help for an older mBlock version (https://www.yuque.com/makeblock-help-center-en/mcode/library-install-uninstall) shows that this was supported.

There is no Libraries button in the toolbar in either the Windows or web app for mBlock 5.

If you use the separate mBlock Python editor, you might be able to @FluffusCatus. That’s what the Yuque article is showing. (https://python.mblock.cc).
