How to get MicroPython REPL for Codey Rocky?

I tried connecting to Codey Rocky with Putty but I was not able to get into MicroPython REPL (nor get any response).

Is the REPL excluded from Codey’s firmware? If yes then why?

If it there then how can I get it working? I don’t mind sending some control bytes over the serial to switch it on.

Codey Rocky firmware is self-developed, could not be traced in MicroPython.
And MicroPython REPL for Codey rocky is not available.
