How to Connect USB-to-UART Me Encoder Motor

I looked at the instructions https://www.makeblock.com/project/how-to-use-me-encoder-motor-tuning-tool

But I still did not understand how to connect the board. Need RX on motor driver to RX Arduino, TX - TX? GND - GND, 5V - 5V, Reset on arduino to GND?

Please draw a complete wiring diagram.

From the you link you shared,you can download the tool and connect the board with the tool via USB cable.
