How long will mBot and Code Rocky be supported?

Hi there,

I’m a STEM teacher, looking to purchase some new robotics equipment for the school I’ve just started at.

Are the Mbot V1 and the Codey Rockey guaranteed software support for the next few years? I’ve used them a bit in the past, and students love them. They have been around a while now however, so I want to be sure I’m not spending money on kit that will soon loose support.

Hi @clarry, the Codey Rocky should be supported for a while. The mBot is being replaced with mBot 2 (mBot Neo), so you might use that one instead.
