Hmm...beeping and not moving

Please help me.i got the mbot on Christmas,wednesday.it was working fine but on Monday(today) its not.it starts beeping when i turn it on and i cant select modes.it will not move

You’re not providing a lot of details, so i can only guess that the remote control doesn’t have batteries inserted properly. Try checking this.

Not using remote.using makeblock app.

Having a strange problem with my laptop. Every time I move my mouse, my laptop will beep. The faster I move the mouse the higher pitched sound. I’ve tried searching for a solution, but none of the solutions seem to apply to my problem. Sound does not come from my speakers and I’m not using a Xbox controller.
