Help: USB external device not recognized in our school

Hi all,

in our school if we trying to connect an External device called “Codey Rocky” via USB cable, it seems not recognized

It’s a driver problem?
We’re trying to connect this device to a multimedia whiteboard called “LIM”.

Can someone help me?

Avez-vous installé le mLink et est-ce qu’il s’agis de la version Local ou Web de mBlock?

Hi Antonio83, in this case, please try to download and install CH340 driver, heres’ the link: http://www.wch.cn/download/CH341SER_EXE.html

After installation, restart the PC(or TV) and try again. If the problem remains, please contact support@makeblock.com and send a video to show the progress
